MCU Partners with CU NextGen to Improve the Online Account Opening Experience Posted on September 28, 2023September 28, 2023 by CU NextGen New York-based Municipal Credit Union’s partnership with CU NextGen is a great example of how credit unions can collaborate with Credit Union Service Organizations (CUSOs) such as CU NextGen to quickly and efficiently improve the members’ experience using new technologies. The collaboration enables MCU to create a faster and easier online account opening solution. The initial implementation of the minimum viable product (MVP) solution was nine months.
